She added, "I practiced volleyball since I was 12 years old, until 20 years old, before I switched to the field of arbitration in football, as I loved volleyball since my childhood."

Kholoud continued, "The great support and interest that I found from the Women's Football Committee and the Football Association and providing everything helped me a lot and increased my desire to develop myself in this field."

She explained: "At first I was afraid of going into the experience of arbitration as it was a new experience, and I did not get used to it, but after that things became normal for me, especially in the wake of the support and interest that I found with the rest of my fellow referees."

And she continued: "My presence as a football referee was not limited to refereeing women's matches only, but rather I ran matches in the Junior Boys’ Football League, as I ran matches in the 14, 15 and 16 years tournaments. "

Concerning the problems that I faced at the beginning with refereeing, Khouloud Al Zaabi said: “At the beginning, I faced the problem of physical fitness, especially since wisdom continues to run in the field for 90 minutes, and this matter requires high physical fitness, but with the passage of time and continuous training I overcame this problem in a way.
