Chinanews Client, September 23. According to Kyodo News, the total amount of remittances from the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Bid Committee to overseas exceeds 1.1 billion yen (approximately RMB 70.93 million). Among them, there is a Singapore consulting company Black Tidings, at least 200 million yen (about 13 million yuan) was received.

Except for BT, other specific remittance objects and detailed amounts are still unclear.

According to the report, the relevant person of the Olympic bid committee at the time said: "There is an obligation to keep confidential, and individual matters will not be disclosed." The BT company's account has just been revealed that the flow of funds is opaque, or will be required to explain.

It is reported that BT Company received one remittance in July 2013 during the critical period of Tokyo's Olympic bid and October of the same year when its successful bid was confirmed.

The remittances to other companies also occurred during the same period when relevant international promotional activities were being held.

According to relevant sources, in addition to remittances overseas, there are other funds in and out of 100 million yuan with unknown recipients.

The Olympic bid expert pointed out: “Although it can be speculated that it is overseas consulting fees and hotel fees, even if it is to build momentum for the Olympic Games next summer, it is necessary to find out the truth and transparency.”

The report quoted the Tokyo Olympics bidding activity report published in April 2014 (for the period from September 2011 to September 2013), showing that the total bidding fee is 5.4 billion yen and 5.4 billion yen raised by the Olympic bidding committee through private donations and sponsorship funds. The 3.5 billion yen provided by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government totals approximately 8.9 billion yen.

The expenditure on overseas consulting is about 780 million yen, but the Japanese Olympic Committee (JOC) external investigation team has pointed out that the actual expenditure is more than 300 million yen higher than this amount.

The report also pointed out that advertising agencies participating in the Olympic bid have also received a total of 900 million yen in remittances over a dozen times, and these expenditures were not recorded in the report of the Olympic bid.
