Al-Jasmi said: “I held the position of Chairman of the Women's Committee and the Marketing and Development Committee in the 2016-2020 electoral cycle, and with my brothers members of the Federation’s Board of Directors, I was able to implement 15 community initiatives, in cooperation with sponsors from the government and private sectors, in addition to a large number of cooperation protocols and sponsorship agreements. , Which contributed directly to enhancing the Union's resources and supporting the activities and participation of the national teams, whether at the local level and community service or at the Arab and continental levels.

She added: “My ambitions are boundless and great to achieve further development of the Emirati cycling path at the local level, through advanced field plans and programs, and to apply them professionally, and with the latest scientific methods, and include all groups, so that we have talents capable of excellence and challenge, and achieve the desired hopes, and push Our teams for the international path, after their ability to surpass the stage of ambition of Arab and continental achievements, and to achieve this we will have plans to provide the resources and capabilities that support our march, whether for the federation or clubs ».
