It is now clear that Saman Ghoddos is leaving French Amiens for Brantford.

- He is good in one-on-one, will add good qualities in the last third and is a smart passing player.

He has a personality and style of play that fits well with our group, says the team's head coach Thomas Frank to the club's website.

Ghoddos has signed a loan contract with the club that extends over one year, with an option for another two years.

In Brentford, he will be a teammate with Pontus Jansson who is captain of the club.

Ghoddos comes from a messy season where he was suspended for four months due to the transfer from Östersund where he first went to Huesca, but signed for Amiens.

He was also fined SEK 40 million, but has appealed that ruling to the Sports Arbitration Court, CAS, which has not yet made a decision on the matter.
