The Federation of Body Building and Fitness and the Leadership Development Center, under the supervision of the National Anti-Doping Committee, will organize, at 8:00 pm tomorrow, for a period of two days, a "Doping and Sports" course, which will be held through visual communication means (Zoom), targeting all trainers in the country.
The session is attended by the international lecturer, Dr. Ahmed Abdulrahman, and the doctor of the Emirates national team for bodybuilding, Dr. Saeed Sasani.
For his part, Secretary-General of the Body Building Federation, Mohammed Al-Marri, told «Emirates Today», that this session is part of a broad plan prepared by the Federation’s Technical Committee in cooperation with the Leadership Development Center with the aim of developing sports knowledge from a scientific point of view in the athlete’s life and in various aspects.
He said, "The lecturers will focus on the importance of completely avoiding stimulants, especially with the desire of athletes to restore physical fitness due to the suspension of sports activities."
