China News Service, Xi’an, September 16th (Reporter Zhang Yichen) On the evening of the 15th, the 14th People’s Republic of China Games, the 11th People’s Republic of China Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympic Games countdown to the first anniversary of the Olympic Games in Xi’an Sports center.

The emblem and mascot of the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics Games were released on the spot.

  The 14th National Games will be held in Shaanxi from September 15 to 27, 2021, and the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics will be held in Shaanxi from October 22 to 29, 2021 .

  At the countdown event that night, the emblem of the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics "Taihe" and the mascot "An'an" were released.

Qin Kai, Wu Yanan, Yan Ni, Liu Nan and Han Jianfeng made their debut for the 14th National Games and Paralympic Games.

  The emblem of the 11th National Paralympic Games and the 8th Special Olympics Games is based on the traditional "Taihe" thought.

Contains the spiritual core of the Chinese nation's "beauty in common, and the world is unified".

The emblem is mainly composed of the left and right parts. The left side is the journey of chasing and transcending. It also means that the disabled athletes turn their strong will into the wings of dreams and realize their life.

The athlete on the right turns the wheelchair and sprints hard, demonstrating the self-improvement and hardworking spirit of the disabled, and fully embodying the development goal of "equality, participation and sharing" in the cause of the disabled.

  The emblem uses yellow, green, blue, purple, and red as the main colors. Red symbolizes revolutionary history, yellow symbolizes loess high sky, blue symbolizes modern technology, purple symbolizes cultural charm, and green symbolizes natural ecology.

  The mascot "An'an" is inspired by the Tang Dynasty polo figurines. Its overall shape highlights the characteristics of the Tang figurines, reflecting Shaanxi's profound historical and cultural heritage and the open and inclusive atmosphere of the prosperous Tang Dynasty.

"An'an" has a smile on his face and an unrestrained posture, showing the disabled people's optimistic and self-improving spirit.

  The countdown to the first anniversary of the 14th National Games and the Paralympic Games started, marking a new stage in the preparation of the two Games.
