Sweden recently played Nations League matches against France and Portugal.

In connection with that gathering, Emil Forsberg revealed that equal pay for the men's and women's national teams was discussed.

- We have discussed it for a long time and always strived in that direction.

For me, it is obvious that it should be equal.

It's not even an issue.

We have had a meeting and the union will probably communicate something, Forsberg said at a press conference.

"An honor to be called"

Zećira Mušović is pleased that there will be equal compensation for women and men.

- If you look at the national team, it is something that for me is about representing your country, it is an honor to be called.

Then I think the conditions should be the same, it is not a market where we talk about money in that way.

If we look at club team football, I understand that it is not equal now, and it should not be given the differences that exist in the market, men counter ladies.

What do you think should happen?

- Uefa should start from the top.

They should set the standard, they do not today.

It is important for the Swedish Football Association to step out.

Show that this is what we do in Sweden.
