Major League Baseball Mariners pitcher Yoshihisa Hirano pitched in relief against Athletics on the 14th, and scored his second save of the season with no runs.
Pitcher Hirano was the second pitcher in the 7th inning, leading 6-5 in the first doubleheader match against Athletics in Seattle, where he was based.
After hitting two people, Pitcher Hirano gave a dead ball to the third batter, but he hit the following batter to the first grounder and threw one time with no hits and no runs.
The Mariners won the game 6-5, giving Pitcher Hirano his second save of the season.
