Who will be the lucky one ?

FC Nantes management is working behind the scenes to secure the services of a center forward.

According to information from

20 Minutes

, the profile of Norwegian striker Fredrik Gulbrandsen is very popular with Canaries coach Christian Gourcuff.

Information confirmed by those around the management.

This file is under study, but nothing yet indicates that the player will engage on the banks of the Erdre.

Aged 28, this Norwegian international, with a small stature (1.75 m), currently plays for the Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir, where his contract runs until 2022. Last season, he was in a situation failure with only nine starts in the league (three goals and one assist).

He had also been tenured six times in the Europa League.

A loan in the United States

It was in the club of his native country of Molde that the player stood out (2013-2016, 23 goals in 56 games).

In 2016, he joined Red Bull Salzburg (2016-2019).

There, he compiled around thirty goals and 18 assists in all competitions (including 20 league goals in two and a half seasons).

He will be loaned for a few months on March 10, 2017 to the New York Red Bulls in Major League Soccer (12 games, no goals).

In 2019, he joined Turkey and the Istanbul club Basaksehir.

Last week,

L'Equipe

revealed another name, that of Croatian Antonio Colak, who plays for HNK Rijeka (Croatian D1).

The record of Brazilian center-forward Flamengo Lincoln had also caught the attention of management, but it seems to have stalled so far.
