Alexandre Lacazette started the 2020/21 season just as he did in 2017/18.
He scored the first goal of the season.
In the eighth minute, he gave Arsenal the lead after the new acquisition Willian worked the ball forward and fired a shot that gave a return.
It was the start of a fine debut for Willian, who joined Arsenal from Chelsea this summer.
At the beginning of the second half, Willian delivered a corner that Gabriel nodded in to 2-0.
A quarter later, the brass assisted Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang's 3-0 goal.
The striker's finish, however, was the finest performance at the goal, he lifted the ball beautifully into one cross.
