Ronaldo surpasses a hundred goals with Portugal

Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 100th goal for Portugal in his match away from home against Sweden in the European Football League today, Tuesday, to join Iranian Ali Daei, the only ones who scored a hundred goals or more at the international level.

After Sweden goalkeeper Robin Olsen saved several attempts by Ronaldo, the 35-year-old did not miss the opportunity when he got a free kick before the break.

And Ronaldo hit it strong from the human wall to live in the net.

Ronaldo scored again in the 72nd minute with a superb shot from outside the area, leaving Portugal 2-0 ahead.

Ronaldo scored his first goal for Portugal's national team in a 2-1 defeat to Greece in the 2004 European Championship.
