The bubble is solid.

No case of coronavirus has been detected within the Tour de France peloton, the organizer of the ASO race communicated Tuesday morning.

The riders and staff members underwent a PCR test on Sunday and Monday and the results sent to ASO and the UCI are good.

The peloton therefore remains intact at the start of the 10th stage, which marks the start of the second week of the event, between Ile d'Oléron and Ile de Ré.

As a reminder, a team can be expelled from the Tour if two of its members (riders and staff combined) test positive for the coronavirus.
