The Doping Board gave the wrestler Jenny Fransson the most severe possible punishment, four years' suspension, for doping.

In mid-July, Fransson chose to appeal to the Swedish Sports Board, RIN, and now the case is entering the sluice phase.

After SVT Sport spoke to RIN's office, it is clear that an oral hearing in the case will be held at the end of September.

According to RIN, it is Fransson who requested the oral hearing.

After that, there may be some further correspondence, but a decision in the case is still expected next month.

It was in February that the news came that Fransson's doping test showed a positive result for the anabolic steroid methyltestosterone.
