The embrace between Mahrez and Laporte -

On Monday, Manchester City announced that their French defender Aymeric Laporte and Algerian attacking midfielder Riyad Mahrez tested positive for Covid-19.
They are placed in isolation, in accordance with government protocol and that of the Premier League.
The English club gave news and supports the players in its press release: “Neither of them shows symptoms.
Everyone at the club wishes Riyadh and Aymeric a quick recovery before they return to training and the new season ”.
The two players also communicated on their social networks to thank their supporters and reassure them.

The recovery is near
After losing in the quarter-final of the Champions League by Lyon (3-1) on August 15, Manchester City had an extra week of rest and will start the Premier League season this weekend.
The Citizens will start the championship on Monday 21 with a trip to Wolverhampton, to try to regain the league title from Liverpool, who had relegated them to 18 lengths in the standings last season.
