The rise of Peyresourde with spectators without masks -

It seems that the message did not reach everyone.

If some spectators will have eternally trouble with the sacrosanct rule of "do not run next to the runners", it will seem necessary to insist on the one that keeps them from posting on them.

On the roads of Peyresourde on Saturday, in particular, many fans approached the riders to create the sea effect that opens, shouting as loud as he could.

And on the images, we could see a good number of them without a mask.

The union of professional cyclists was the first to react.

“Respect the runners, respect your own health: respect the distances and wear a mask”.

To the cycling lovers: respect the riders, respect yourself, respect the distance and wear a mask!

At the end of the stage, several riders including the Canadian Hugo Houle and the German André Greipel offered the same type of speech.

“Everyone involved in this Tour de France had to make big sacrifices,” explains sprinter Greipel.

It is easy to make this event last: follow the rules, keep the distance with us and wear masks, PLEASE ”.

Respect for the runners is important, keep your distance and wear the mask 😷 to encourage us!

In the evening, the Movistar team went there with their message, which the official Tour account "retweeted".

Here again, we see many spectators without a mask or the mask on their chin.

“Like most of you, we are concerned about the situation in the world right now.

It took so much effort to restart the season, we don't want it to end.

Wear a mask, and wear it correctly, and keep a distance.

Do it for us and the whole bunch.

"

As most of you, we're concerned by the current situation in the world.

It's taken so much effort to restart the season - and we all don't want it to end.

Please wear a mask, use it correctly, and keep some distance.

Do it for us and the rest of the field.
