As reported on the website of the American Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), the Ukrainian passed a positive test for meterolone metabolites.
At the same time, it is noted that the 30-year-old athlete was able to prove that the substance got into his body through the fault of the attending physician, due to which the period of Doskalchuk's suspension was reduced to 14 months and will last until 2021.
