The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Fujairah Club, Nasser Muhammad Al Yamahi, said, “The Professional League’s decision to postpone the launch of the new football season competition until next October was timely, as it will give clubs a greater opportunity to better complete their preparations and make up for what they missed during the suspension period of sports activities due to the Corona virus.”
In his speech to "Emirates Today", Al Yamahi called on the Professional League to invest the next period of time to research and study ideas for the public to return to the stands, even in a small number, and said that this would add the required fun to the matches, stressing that any decision that strengthens the health measures will be reflected positively.
