After a turbulent time, the Swedish Ice Hockey Association's general secretary Tommy Boustedt announced in April that he will resign this autumn. Yesterday, he appeared in his first interview where he accused the employee Anders Feltenmark of being "grossly disloyal".

- As for Feltenmark (Anders), he has behaved grossly disloyal to the employer, and there is reason for dismissal. But he never got fired but we let him land in cotton. It was lies that were spread in the media that I could not comment on while I was responsible, Tommy Boustedt told Radiosporten.

The background was that Feltenmark - in his role as union chairman - reported a then employee of the union for sexual harassment. The police investigation has led to prosecution and the negotiations will start in October.

Responds to criticism

SVT Sport has been in contact with Anders Feltenmark who writes via text message: “A friend has asked SIF (Swedish Ice Hockey Association) for permission that I may break the duty of confidentiality and tell my whole version of what happened. I have to wait for an answer before I speak ".

For Dagens Nyheter, he develops:

- It is sad not to be able to face such sweeping, serious accusations that are difficult to defend against, he says and continues:

- Of course I would like to give my picture, but it is a difficult situation I am in. Based on the agreement made between me and the Hockey Association, I am subject to a duty of confidentiality in this matter.

SVT Sport has asked Tommy Boustedt and the Swedish Ice Hockey Association's chairman Anders Larsson for a comment.
