Astrit Ajdarevic and Djurgården go their separate ways, the club announced on its website on Thursday.
In mid-July, the news came that Ajdarevic is taking a timeout from football and since then he has not played. The first news was that he would be back in early August, but now he is leaving the club.
- The reception I received has been fantastic and the support I have received during this time I do not know if I will be able to get elsewhere, he says to the club's website.
According to the club's website, they and Ajdarevic have jointly agreed to sign a termination contract.
- We have agreed on a timeout for a number of weeks and during that time we have had an ongoing dialogue. The result will be that we go our separate ways and we wish Astrit great luck, says sports director Bosse Andersson to the club's website.
