Al-Ahly Youth Club announced the renewal of the strategic partnership agreement between the club and the Mai Dubai Company for bottled drinking water, as it was decided that the company would continue as the club's official sponsor in the next sports season 2020-2021.
The renewal of the agreement was signed, in the presence of the Managing Director and CEO of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Mai Dubai", Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, and a member of the Board of Directors of Al Ahly Youth Club, Major General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri. Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer expressed his pride in the renewal of Mai Dubai's sponsorship of Al Shabab Al Ahly Club, which has a record of achievements and victories ... locally, in the Gulf and regionally.
Al Tayer said: “In Mai Dubai, which is wholly owned by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, we adopt a work approach that seeks to sustain excellence, which is a common factor that brings us together with Al Ahly Youth Club, where the Mai Dubai brand has witnessed tremendous success, compared to water companies. At the level of the country and the region alike, and we were able in a short period of time to achieve a wide spread, according to our comprehensive strategy, through which we seek to provide drinking water, according to the highest international standards.
The signing ceremony was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Mai Dubai", Engineer Walid Ali bin Salman, and Director of Al-Ahly Youth Club, Dr. Khaled Muhammad Al-Zahid.
On the other hand, Khalifa Saeed Suleiman expressed that the agreement with "Mai Dubai" is a continuation of the strong relationship between the club and one of the leading national companies that contribute to the renaissance of the city of Dubai, stressing the keenness of both sides to consolidate this relationship and enhance communication in a way that benefits both parties.
He praised the company, which was keen to continue its support for the sports sector in the country, and the Al-Ahly youth team in particular, indicating that this cooperation comes in implementation of the directives of the wise leadership, and within the framework of integrating roles between state institutions, in order to achieve the desired goals.
