FC Rosengård won the league final against Gothenburg with 3-0.

The 1-0 goal, scored by Alexandra Lowe Riley, was debated. She went in from the left wing and fired a shot that found its way next to Jennifer Falk in Gothenburg's goal cage. However, the goalkeeper was overshadowed by Caroline Seger who ran in front of her in an offside situation.

The goal was discussed in SVT's broadcast afterwards.

- I'm releasing that one. I'm not involved at all, I think. I notice it early. But it's clear, I might disturb Falk in the goal, said Seger.

SVT Sports expert Frida Östberg countered:

- I probably would have been crazy about the forest if I were Falk.

Victory changed his mind

Victory changed then.

- I buy it, completely now when you see it like this. When you get that goal, you thank for it.

SVT Sport has spoken with Jennifer Falk. When it happened, she did not perceive Seger, but in retrospect she has seen that the Rosengård player was in the way.

- I see the ball and then at the moment of the shot it disappears. Then I see it again, but then it's too late. I have seen in retrospect that it was probably offside, but I did not understand then who was in front of me. The only thing I knew was that I did not see the ball, says Falk to SVT Sport.

- I had all my focus on the ball. All of a sudden it was gone and then I tried to take it.

"Damn sour"

How did you react when you saw the replay?

- It's clear as hell that it's damn sour that it could just as easily have been condemned.

- If it's offside, it's offside.

But Falk is not bitter, she wants to look ahead.

- We have sort of talked about the match today and I try to release it and focus on the next match. There is nothing we can do about it now, says Falk.
