The event is aimed at national Health Qigong enthusiasts and aims to build an online competition platform through the Internet. This online video contest entry is a shortened version of Health Qigong-Wu Qin Xi popular exercises compiled and promoted by the Health Qigong Management Center of the State Sports General Administration. The competition groups are divided into Wu Qin Xi collective competition and Wu Qin Xi individual competition. The music used for the competition is Health Qigong of the State Sports General Administration. The shortened version of Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi music without passwords issued by the management center.
There is no limit to the number of representative teams in this competition, and each team is limited to 6 people in the group competition. The age and gender are matched by themselves. Individual competitions are not divided into male and female groups, and are grouped according to age. Group A is the middle-aged and elderly group over 55 years of age, group B is the middle-aged and young group of 21-54 years old, and group C is the youth and children group under 20 years old.
It is reported that the online registration channel for the competition officially opened at 0:00 on August 20. August 20-September 10 is the time for registration and video upload, September 11-September 20 is for online voting, September 22-September 28 is the time for referees to score, and the game will be announced on September 30 Achievement.
In the end, the winner will be decided through two links: online voting and referees' scoring.
