Brazilian goalkeeper Julio Cesar in Emirati uniform
Former Brazil goalkeeper Julio Cesar appeared in a café in Sharjah, wearing the Emirati uniform, next to him, the former UAE goalkeeper coach, and the current Sharjah Academy goalkeeper supervisor Hassan Ismail.
Cesar is currently visiting the UAE, as he visited Sharjah Club, as well as the Dubai Football Association headquarters, attended part of the Fujairah Rediff team training, and met with a number of sports officials during the past days.
For his part, Hassan Ismail told Al-Emarat Al-Youm that "the Brazilian goalkeeper was keen, during his stay in the country, to learn about the heritage of the Emirates, the customs and traditions of its people, and how to wear the national dress. He also sought to know the types of Emirati popular dishes."
