[Explanation] The all-weather four-season jumping platform of the Jilin Beidahu ski resort training center was officially put into use recently. It is equipped with China's first four seasons and night-time K90 and K50 platform, realizing the seamless connection of all-weather four-season training for ice and snow athletes.
On August 6, the reporter came to the local area and saw that although it was midsummer, there were nearly a hundred ski jumping and Nordic two athletes from Jilin and Heilongjiang in intense training.
According to reports, in order to better undertake international platform jumping competitions and provide training guarantee for platform jumpers, Jilin Province launched the K90 and K50 platform modification and installation project of the Beida Lake National Team Snow Project Training Base in early 2019. The platform is equipped with two imported slide assists, protective baffles, imported turf, night lights and other systems, which provide effective guarantee for athletes' training.

It was rebuilt in June 2019, and the first jump was carried out as of July 10, 2020. In these two seasons, K50 and K90 have received nearly 240 training teams from the country, provincial and local levels. The training situation is basically the maintenance of the venue, including the operation, which can meet the normal training of the sports team. It also improves the training guarantee of the sports province and helps the Winter Olympics.
[Explanation] In an interview with reporters, the training athletes said that the Four Seasons Platform has improved the training environment for athletes. Previously, they had to go to Eastern Europe and other countries to train, and the time cost was high. With the Four Seasons Platform, the number and quality of training have been significantly improved.
