Doping tests have dropped dramatically during the ongoing pandemic. This is something that worries the Swedish biathlon stars.

- We have talked about that it is very unclear what people do and that it is not good, says Stina Nilsson to Aftonbladet.

Nilsson, who recently switched from cross-country skiing to biathlon, says that she was tested twice in the spring. Biathlon colleagues Sebastian Samuelsson and Hanna Öberg also feel that there have been fewer inspections than usual.

- There have been very few tests and I understand why since the care has had so much to do and it is often care staff who are out and do the tests, says Öberg.

The stars are experiencing concern that the anti-doping work will suffer during the pandemic.

- It does not feel good when you consider that competitors are not tested either, says Hanna Öberg.
