Three victories in eleven matches and a twelfth place in the Allsvenskan was the drop for top-tipped AIK. Rikard Norling had to leave his post as head coach of AIK.

- It is a crisis for both players and fans. Mostly for us players. But when some players lose confidence, it's never good, Felix Michel tells LT.

According to 26-year-old Felix Michel, confidence in the squad will plummet after Norling changed game system before the season.

- I think you have to be patient in a way, but still think that it (the change of coach) was timely in some way. There is a difference between losing confidence completely and having strong opinions. But when the opinions are so strong that you give up on the pitch, that you ignore taking your man-man mark because you think in a different way. It was like that from time to time, but that's the limit for me, he says to LT.

- I still had confidence in Rikard (Norling). Nice that you change game systems, but there were some small things that could have been changed in how we play.
