"Don't forget that you are an example to follow for thousands of soccer fans. Act responsibly," reads the LaLiga text. Among the tips, the main ones: "Wear the mask, wash your hands and keep your social distance." "Stay away from the crowds", specifies the League, referring to the supposed summer parties, common at any time of leisure for young people before the pandemic.

The document also alerts you to activities carried out to maintain physical fitness. "Do outdoor activities," "leave shoes outside your home and ventilate the home often," and advises against traveling to destinations "badly affected" by the Covid-19.

The organization warns footballers of the steps to follow in case they have been in contact with someone who has coronavirus. "Get in urgent contact with the medical team of the club so that it indicates the measures to take and they can verify your state of health."
