Six-time and reigning champion Marc Marquez started as third in the premiere of this year's MotoGP. The Spaniard sank early in the field after losing control after avoiding a crash on the track.

But with four laps left, the accident happened to Marquez himself. At home in the Spanish GP, the Spaniard went into a curve at 150 km / h. But the slope became too steep and the 27-year-old went down hard on the asphalt and was carried off on a stretcher.

An examination revealed that the upper arm was broken and now Marquez is forced to have surgery.

"Sometimes it does not go as you think, but the important thing is that you get back and move on. I promise that I will come back as soon as possible and even stronger ", Marquez writes on Twitter.

When Marquez can be back, the team does not dare to answer.
