Leeds United crowned the Premier League champions today (Saturday) after Brentford lost to Stoke City 1/0 in round 45 of the competition.
Leeds had already secured the Premier League promotion on Friday, but Brentford could have removed him from the lead if he won the last two games.
But Lee Gregory's first-half goal gave Stoke a victory over Brentford, who remained in third place, a point behind West Bromwich, in their struggle to rise directly to the Premier League.
