When Brynäs appealed to its supporters for help with new acquisitions, the fans responded quickly. Just over half a million kronor came in already the first day. Now, about a week later, the club has received just over two million kronor. This has been the goal of raising the money that will finance the two new acquisitions, Patrik Berglund and Simon Bertilsson.

Striker Patrik Berglund, 32, has after many years in the NHL (St Louis and Buffalo) played in Djurgården last season, and defender Simon Bertilsson, 29, is back after a season in Sochi in the KHL.
