The Chairman of Al-Ahly Club said in his statements, which were reported by Egyptian media, that he was surprised last Saturday night, July 11, in a video circulating via the media media of the President of Zamalek among some fans inside the club insulting his mother and family with words that contradict all the moral principles, human values ​​and constants of Egyptian society.

He accused him of inciting hatred and discrimination, stirring up discord among the masses and belittling the men of the Egyptian people.

Al-Khatib presented a CD containing the subject of the communication, along with many documents related to other communications, which are still under investigation, and at the end of his statements, he was asked to take legal measures in this regard.

 On the other hand, the official account of Al-Ahly Club was published through the social networking site "Twitter", a statement by the preacher, through which he confirmed that the ongoing investigations into the reports submitted by him are in the hands of the Public Prosecution and is the only body charged with publishing any data regarding that matter.

Mahmoud Al-Khatib issued directives to all media platforms owned by Al-Ahly regarding what is being circulated regarding communications submitted to the Public Prosecution for himself or in his capacity as Chairman of Al-Ahly’s Board of Directors, and he requested that no information be dealt with or issued in this regard, and that investigations are in the hands of the Public Prosecution and is the only authority entrusted to They publish any data regarding this.
