On July 30, the NBA playoffs will start in an isolated bubble at Disney World in Orlando, Florida.

The law is already in place in Orlando, but worried voices have been raised around the restart.

In an interview with ESPN, an NBA team's general manager, who wants to be anonymous, expresses his concern that players who might be infected by the virus should get persistent but by the disease.

- There are effects that the virus can have on heart and lung capacity that are still unknown.

- What if a 24-year-old who gets the virus in Orlando isolates himself for 14 days and then is healthy, then gets chronic heart problems. Or imagine if he gets weak and tired. These are effects we do not know.

All players infected will be quarantined for 14 days. Then a doctor will decide when they are ready for play. This process includes a review of the heart and lungs.

John DiFiori, medically responsible for the NBA, tells ESPN that it's important for players infected with the corona virus to follow the advice.

- If you are not feeling well, do not try to play and exercise. This is not a situation where anyone, whether you are an athlete or not, should try to rush through, minimize or ignore the symptoms. You should not try work or sports.
