Brynäs has previously made clear with striker Patrik Berglund, 32, who after many years in the NHL (St Louis and Buffalo) played in Djurgården last season, and also sack Simon Bertilsson, 29, who is back after a season in Sochi in KHL.

However, a small detail has been missing: the money.

According to Brynäs, the players have been accommodating in the negotiation, but then the collection is required to succeed.

- We need to raise money for a seasonal salary for the players. You never know how much a collection can give, but I personally had a hope that we would get half a million, says Michael Campese.

- We are prepared to back and pay back the money if we fail to get enough money, he says.

Right now, that alternative doesn't seem to fit in. The campaign raised SEK 628,000 the first day over swish. However, other payment methods are not included so far. It can therefore be considerably more money that has already been received.

- We have had a good response from both private individuals and companies. I think we can be in port by the end of the week.
