Former Zamalek player Hazem Imam sent a message to the chairman of the Zamalek club, Counselor Mortada Mansour, after his last blame for not attending the conference that he held with the old club players and a large number of "group" heads of social networking sites for the White Castle, in which Mansour made a decision to remove Hassan Shehata's name from inside the club for not attending the meeting.

Hazem Imam said in statements to Radio "On Sport": "I did not know about the Symbols of the Club conference and I was not in Cairo that day, and I did not receive any invitation to attend."

He added: "Zamalek is my big house and I cannot afford to be late and support it, I hope it will be there and support it in any way. I hope President Murtada Mansour will invite the old players to support the team and its players before confronting Raja Wydad in the African Champions League, and I will be the first to attend."
