The Korean Federation of Triathlon Sports Fair Committee decided to permanently expel Kim Kyu-bong, the head of Gyeongju City Hall, and a senior woman who were accused of committing harsh acts against Choi Sook-hyun.

Male seniors are subject to ten-year suspension.

The Korean Triathlon Association held a sports fair committee at the Olympic Parktel in Songpa-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 6th.

Ten days after Choi Sook-hyun's death, the perpetrators were punished.

Seven members of the Sports Fair Committee were deliberated, but six were deliberated because one was unable to attend.

The Sports Fair Committee, composed of three lawyers, including Ahn Young-ju, and three university professors, carefully reviewed the data provided by the association, and gave the opportunity to call three separate assailants.

The association obtained statements from a total of six additional victims or witnesses and submitted them to the Fair Trade Commission.

An official of the association said, "There were 8 victims or witnesses of damage. One was living abroad, and one was rejected and received six statements."

Director Kim Gyu-bong, senior woman, and senior man entered the conference hall.

After a 7-hour long meeting, the Korea Sports Fair confirmed the three disciplinary levels.

The Korean Sports Association and its affiliated organizations complain that "there are no investigation agencies, so there is a limit to the investigation. When the prosecution or the police are investigating, it is difficult to determine the punishment."

In the past, after the temporary suspension of duties, the level of disciplinary action was used to confirm the outcome of the investigation agency.

However, as the case was publicized, many of them bought the air, and Choi Sook-hyun's transcript contained quite a bit of evidence, so he set the discipline level on the day of the Sports Fair.
