Members of the five-year committee that manages the Egyptian Football Association revealed that honoring the star of the Pharaohs and Liverpool Mohamed Salah after crowning the English Premier League will not be by calling his name to the Egyptian Football League or to one of the halls.

"I am in contact with Salah, to see the appropriate date for him in order to celebrate him in Egypt, as he is the first player to obtain the Premier League title," Committee Chairman Amr Al-Janaini said during a press conference on Monday, according to the Egyptian "In the Joule" website.

In response to a question about the launch of Salah's name on one of the halls of the Football Association? Al-Janaini's response: "We will see the appropriate honor for him."

For his part, five-member committee member Mohamed Fadl responded to the same question by saying: "Have we ever seen the name of a world star on a hall in his country's football federation, of course not?"

He added, "Salah is a role model for all of us, but Egypt has several symbols." He also stressed, "It is not logical that we call Salah the unified ball of the Egyptian league."
