During the trial at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Lausanne, the International Olympic Committee (IOC) initially submitted nine written testimonies from Rodchenkov. According to an expert opinion provided by Der Spiegel, a digital forensic report concluded that the same Rodchenkov signature file was inserted into two different written testimonies. The remaining seven documents were signed by hand, probably not by Rodchenkov.

Zaitseva, Romanova and Vilukhina, who completed their professional careers, were disqualified by the IOC for life for violating anti-doping rules at the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi. Their results at the Games were canceled. Biathletes in Sochi became silver medalists in the relay team.

Earlier, the track and field coach told what assistants Rodchenkova said to the athletes.
