Jacques Brunel's adventure in Blue ended with the cruel World Cup quarter-final in Japan, lost to Wales (19-20), on October 20. The former coach of the XV of France (66 years old), however, has not decided to assert his retirement rights. He officially joined Sunday as a technical advisor with the Italian club Valorugby Emilia.
This training based in Reggio Emilia, in Emilia-Romagna, evolves in the Top 12, the domestic transalpine championship. Brunel finds a country he knows well, since the Gersois led the selection of Sergio Parisse between 2011 and 2016.
