- It wasn't planned. Obviously, it's fun, but not many are competing. It may not be the world's performance, but it is clear that it is fun to have the world's best, says Michaela Meijer to Radio Sports.

The competition was the 26-year-old from Gothenburg's second this outdoor season, after jumping 4.60 in Karlskrona a week ago. In Mölndal, she won ahead of Angelica Bengtsson who jumped 4.52, according to Radio Sports.

Meijer's previous, personal outdoor record was 4.71 from 2017. Indoors she jumped 4.75, in Rud, Norway, last year. Bengtsson has the Swedish record of 4.80, set during the World Cup final in Doha, Qatar, last year when she turned six.
