Like AS Monaco the day before, the Dijon football club announced this Thursday a case of asymptomatic coronavirus among its players. The club did not reveal his identity. 

A DFCO player was tested positive for coronavirus, without showing symptoms of Covid-19, and placed in the fortnight, the Dijon football club, which resumed operations on Thursday, announced on Friday.

"An active and asymptomatic case"

At the start of the week, the Burgundian club carried out serological and detection tests (PCR) on its staff and its 25 players. "The results of this screening campaign revealed an active and asymptomatic case. The player's state of health is not a concern," said the DFCO in a statement, without issuing the name of the player. Another player was also asked to stay at home as a precaution even if his tests were negative.

On Thursday, AS Monaco announced its side a case of player controlled at Covid-19, following the series of physical examinations and serological screening tests and PCR during the resumption last Monday. The player playing on the "Rock" is also asymptomatic.
