Last year, the decision was made that IFK Gothenburg should not only be synonymous with one of Sweden's most successful men's teams in football. Now a senior team on the ladies side will represent the rich club.

The goal is of course to reach the top on the women's side as well, but you start from the ground up in division 4.

First goal in minute 23

And the young IFK Gothenburg, which is based on players who have been moved up from their own ranks among the girls teams, started the match against Ösets BK, the local team from Majorna, clearly the best. But the goal was delayed until the 23rd minute, when 16-year-old Filippa Hopkins placed Blåvit's women's historic first goal. Same Hopkins also made it 3-0 and 6-0 and could celebrate the first victory with a hat trick.

- It was still premiere nerves for the girls but it looked good. I'm happy with how they get through the game and how they continue to attack in the way we said we would. I know that hunger will continue in the future, says Blue-White coach Cristian Loayza after the match for GP.
