Hani Saeed, sports director of the Egyptian Pyramids Football Club, confirmed that the result of the first smear to which all members of the team and the club were subjected were completely negative and there were no cases of Corona virus at all.
Hani Saeed said in an official statement today, Sunday, that all members of the club, whether the technical, administrative, medical, players, as well as workers, and everyone who has a relationship with the football team and its daily training, underwent the first survey yesterday, Saturday, under the supervision of the best laboratories that the club contracted with, and the results showed completely negative.
The sports director added that the team and all club members will undergo the second survey in accordance with the protocol set by the Medical Committee of the Football Association for all clubs, next Wednesday at the club’s headquarters in Air Defense, provided that the football team will resume its training again from Thursday in light of the result of the second survey.
It is noteworthy that the Egyptian league has been suspended since mid-March due to the Corona virus, and the Egyptian Ministry of Sports and Football Association intends to resume the league on next July 25.
