The match between Krasnodar and Dinamo Moscow will not take place this Sunday. The Russian championship match has been postponed after Moscow players tested positive for coronavirus, the Russian federation said.

"The match between FK Krasnodar and FK Dinamo Moscow will take place on July 19," said the Federation in a press release issued after a meeting of its executive committee, stressing that the two clubs were from agree to this postponement.

The move came after three players from the Moscow club - striker Clinton Njie and midfielders Charles Kaboré and Sebastian Szymanski - tested positive for Covid-19, Dinamo Moscow said in a statement. All three were quarantined for 14 days under medical supervision.

The rest of the team, its coaches and service personnel have been confined to the Dinamo Moscow training center in Novogorsk, near the Russian capital, since Saturday, the statement said. The club expressed "sincere gratitude" to FK Krasnodar president Sergei Galitsky for agreeing to postpone the match.

On Friday, another Russian club, Rostov, whose entire team was quarantined after cases of coronavirus, had to send their youngsters to play a match against Sochi, the club refused to agree to a postponement.
