The Algerian Football Association announced today that it has finished preparing the necessary health protocol for the return of football activity, which has been stalled since mid-March, due to the pandemic of the Corona virus emerging (Covid-19).

The Federation stated on its website that yesterday, it had submitted the health protocol document to the Ministry of Youth and Sports, which requested all sports federations to send it accordingly, in preparation for the resumption of sports activity. The Federation confirmed that the content of this document will be revealed after approval by the competent authorities.

The federation had approved a plan to complete the 2019/2020 season after the quarantine was lifted, according to which it would return to training for a period ranging between five and six weeks, then complete the league within eight weeks.
