Lots of sports stars have shown support for George Floyd. At the Premier League premiere round on June 17, the teams and players will carry the words "Black Lives Matter" on their match shirts.

The players' surname, on the back of the jerseys, will be replaced with the words "Black Lives Matter". The jerseys will also have a heart-like emblem to pay tribute to the care staff for their efforts during the corona pandemic. It will also be a silent minute before kick off. This matter was decided at a meeting on Thursday.

The meeting between Aston Villa and Sheffield United is first out on June 17.
