The English Premier League football clubs have unanimously approved health and operational protocols, in preparation for the resumption of the 2019/2020 season on this 17th.

These protocols were voted on during the meeting that took place today, which included placing strict restrictions on people who are allowed to enter stadiums on match days, as they will be divided into regions.

The protocols also stipulate the necessity to clean the corner flags carefully, as well as the goalposts and balls, before and after the match. The bench will be sanitized after its use, and perhaps during the matches, between the two halves of the match, and there is more cleaning work that will take place on the field during the stopping period to drink water, if these stops are allowed by the relevant authorities.

The medical protocol also clarifies, according to the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC), how players and technical devices travel before and after matches, taking into account the regulations for social spacing.

A minute of silence will most likely take place in the first match after the appeal to commemorate the Corona victims. It is scheduled that there will be an account of information about the Corona pandemic and the great efforts made by the medical teams in the country, during the first two games after the resumption next Wednesday, and during the whole first round after the return of the competition.
