This was reported by the IOC press service.

Earlier, the IOC commission led by Denis Oswald found guilty of violating anti-doping rules and lifted Russian hockey players for life from participating in the Olympic Games: Inna Dubanok, Ekaterina Lebedeva, Ekaterina Pashkevich, Anna Shibanova, Ekaterina Smolentseva, Galina Skiba, Tatyana Burina and Anna Shchuki. However, after appealing to CAS Lebedev, Pashkevich, Burin, Schukin and Smolentsev were fully acquitted, and the appeals of Skiba, Shibanova and Dyubanok were partially satisfied, thus they were excluded from the results of the 2014 Games, which led to the exclusion of the whole team that occupied then sixth place.

Earlier, CAS explained the postponement of the hearings of the case of RUSADA and WADA to November.
