Since Linus Omark left Luleå in 2014, Linus Omark has played in KHL. In recent seasons, he has played for Salavat Julajev Ufa, where he has averaged about one point per game each season.
But now his KHL career is over, at least for this day. Today, Swiss Geneva-Servette sent out an email to its members, announcing that Omark has signed a contract with them.
- I can hardly stand up to sharing my experience with the young generation of players and starting a new chapter of my career in Geneva, he says in the email, shared by radio reporter Sebastien Telley on Twitter.
This past season, 33-year-old Omark scored 66 points in 65 games in Salavat Julajev Ufa.
