On Falsterbo's grass there was full activity on Tuesday. The Hopplands team, including Peder Fredricson, Malin Baryard and Douglas Lindelöw, were on site to train together for the first time since the coronary pandemic struck. All racing activities have been paused but now the season is about to start.

- Yeah, it's leaning on it. There are several competitions that say they will run internationally, but it is not quite 100 percent clear, so it is a bit fuzzy. But we're starting to plan to have a premiere pretty soon, we have to, says Malin Baryard to SVT Sport.

"Everyone stands and stomps"

It is not just the riders who want to go out on the racing tracks again.

- The horses become a bit restless and as soon as they hear truck noises they start scratching the boxes and also want to go away, says Douglas Lindelöw to SVT Sport.

During the ongoing pandemic the riders got to train at home and for the national team captain Henrik Ankarcrona it was time to rally the team again.

- It felt like now was the time. Everyone stands and stomps at home and you feel that now the competitions are going on, he says.
