Florian Wierz (Bayer), Germany

Age / Date: 17 years 1 month and 3 days (June 6, 2020)

In a recent match against Bayern, Bayer footballers had few reasons to rejoice. The Leverkusenians lost four goals and suffered a second defeat in the last three rounds of the Bundesliga.

Young Florian Wierz improved the mood for the team's fans a bit. At the end of the fight, the midfielder from the penalty area spun the ball into the far nine. But most importantly, the football player who has not yet graduated from school has become the youngest goal author in Bundesliga history. He hit the gates of Manuel Neuer only a month after he turned 17 years old. Thus, Wirtz broke the record of the ex-midfielder of the Dortmund Borussia Nuri Shakhin.

But in the list of the youngest debutants of the tournament, the Turks continue to maintain leadership. Florian takes third place in it. The first match in the Bundesliga he spent at the age of 17 years and 15 days.

Neil Mope (Nice), France

Age / Date: 16 years 4 months and 1 day (December 15, 2012)

In the French championship, the authorship of the youngest goal has been held for almost eight years by striker Neil Mope. At the end of 2012, the pupil of “Nice” hit the gates of “Evian”. Moreover, he did this in the compensated time of the second half and brought his team a victory, although in the course of the meeting it was 0-2.

Career Mope developed quite rapidly. Before Neil turned 16, he made his debut in League 1. And in the next round in the match with Montpellier, the forward, substituting for a substitution in the 67th minute, managed to earn a penalty, which was realized by Dario Zvitanich. Finally, in the 18th round, the player marked his debut ball.

In total, in the first season, Mope chalked up four goals in all tournaments. According to media reports, the attackers were even interested in Milan. But the striker still hasn’t reached the top clubs. After playing in France, he moved to England, where he defends the colors of Brighton, who is playing in the nuclear submarine. This season, he has won eight goals in the Premier League.

Fabrice Olinga (Malaga),  Spain

Age / Date: 16 years 3 months and 6 days (August 18, 2012)

A few months before Mope first distinguished himself in League 1, the youngest player in history at the moment was scored by his same-year-old Fabrice Olinga. Both were born in 1996. But Mopa failed to surpass the achievement of his peer - he marked his debut goal in the championship of Spain, when he was only 16 years old 3 months and 6 days.

Olinga was considered one of Cameroon's most talented footballers of his generation. He took his first steps in sports at the Samuel Eto'o Academy, and then he followed in the footsteps of a famous compatriot by signing a contract with the Spanish Mallorca. At an adult level, Fabrice made his debut in the “Malaga”.

Following the results of the first match, the midfielder went down in history. Examples. In a meeting with Celta, he replaced after a break, and in the end scored the only goal. A few days later, the Cameroonian made his debut in the Champions League. It was unlikely at that moment that Olinga could have guessed that the next time he would excel only five years later as part of the modest Belgian Muskron. The colors of this team are Fabrice and defend at the moment.

Zhano Ananidze (Spartak), Russia

Age / Date: 17 years and 8 days (October 18, 2009)

Jano Ananidze became one of the most prominent RPL debutants in the 21st century. In 2007, a talented midfielder moved from Dynamo Kyiv Academy to Spartak, and two years later he got the opportunity to prove himself in the first team.

A unique chance to the native of Kobuleti was provided by Valery Karpin, who led the red and white after the departure of Michael Laudrup. The young coach noted the technique and non-standard thinking of 16-year-old Janot and pulled him to the base. And at 16 years old, 9 months and 5 days, Ananidze made his debut for Spartak.

The first goal did not keep itself waiting. In the fifth game at an adult level, the midfielder hit the opponent’s goal, and the young man distinguished himself in a derby with Lokomotiv. Red and white defeated the railway - 3: 0, and it was Ananidze who opened the account at the end of the first half.

It is surprising that the footballer, whose height is only 1 meter 71 centimeters, managed to score a head. And after the break, the Georgians scored another point for performance, giving an assist to Welliton.

The fate of Janot is well known to the fans: constant leases, numerous injuries and periodic glimpses of talent. In 2020, the midfielder left Spartak, but his 146 matches as part of the team will forever remain in the history of red and white, as well as his debut ball in the RPL.

James Vaughn (Everton), England

Age / Date: 16 years 8 months and 27 days (April 10, 2005)

The football history of English football can be divided into two periods - before the formation of the Premier League and after

In recent history, which dates back to February 1992, James Vaughn is the youngest author of a goal scored for 15 years. Like Olinge, he succeeded in a truly memorable debut in the Premier League. In the first match at an adult level, he scored a goal. The Everton striker came on as a substitute and, after 13 minutes, hit the Crystal Palace goal.

Unfortunately, this moment has remained the brightest in the player’s career. After spending several seasons in the Premier League as a member of the team that gave him the way to big football, Won got a serious knee injury. In 2011, he moved to Norwich, and in 2012, he spent the last match in the Premier League. After James, he played exclusively in the lower leagues of England. He currently defends the colors of Bradford, who plays in the fourth strongest division in the country.

Between England's national record since February 4, 1984 belongs to Jason Dozzel. On that day, the Ipswich midfielder scored a goal against Coventry City at the age of 16 and 57 days. Subsequently, he spent over 500 matches in professional leagues in England, playing for Tottenham, Northampton and Colchester.

Gonzalo Brandao (Belenenses), Portugal

Age / Date: 17 years and 9 days (October 18, 2003)

33-year-old central defender Gonzalo Brandão scored just four goals during his career, but one of them went down in the history of the Portuguese championship. The Belenenses football player made his debut in Primeira at the age of 16 in a match with Sporting in 2003.

The next time, Brandao appeared on the field as part of the national championship after a couple of months. Moreover, Belenenses once again confronted the local grand - Porto.

But already in the fourth minute, Gonzalo managed to hit the opponent’s goal. Subsequently, “Porto” easily turned the tide of an unsuccessfully developing meeting and brought the matter to a rout - 4: 1.

Gonzalo, however, spent a rather eventful career. In addition to Portugal, he played in England, Italy, Romania and Switzerland. In 2009, Brandao even spent two matches in the national team. At the moment, the defender shares his experience with young partners in Porto-B, who plays in the second most powerful Portuguese league.

Henk Medem Jr. (Groningen), The Netherlands

Age / Date: 15 years 11 months and 23 days (October 21, 1956)

If in the majority of leading European championships the “youngest goals” were scored already in the new century, then in the Netherlands this record holds for almost 64 years. In 1956, it was installed by the forward of Groningen Henk Medem Jr. On October 21, he hit the gates of Sparta in his native walls at the age of 15 years, 11 months and 23 days. The meeting itself ended in a draw - 2: 2, although along its course the hosts were two goals apart.

Medem did not score or play anymore in Eredevisi. In 1957, the midfielder left Groningen, after which his traces were completely lost. Nothing is known about Henk’s further fate. But in addition to the aforementioned record, the midfielder still holds the second place in the list of the youngest debutants of the Eredivisi. He spent the first match in the championship of the Netherlands at the age of 15 for 11 months and 2 days.

Amedeo Amadei ("Roma"), Italy

Age / Date: 15 years 9 months and 6 days (May 9, 1937)

Amedeo Amadei's record holds even longer. The former football player of Roma, Napoli and Inter has been out of reach as the author of the youngest Serie A ball for 83 years. He is also the youngest debutant in the history of the tournament.

It took nine days for the son of a baker from Frascati to set two records. On September 1, 1937, the young striker of Roma held their debut match in the national championship - the Romans tied with Fiorentina. And next week, Amedeo hit the gates of “Luchchese”.

Unlike Medem, at 15 years old who sparkled brightly in big football and disappeared just as rapidly, Amadei boasts a bright career. In Serie A, he played 423 matches, which is the 43rd result in tournament history, and scored 174 goals (14th indicator). As part of the Roma, the striker in 1942 became the champion of the country.

That title cost six team players, including Amadeus, sending to the front. Benito Mussolini, an ardent admirer of Lazio, was so annoyed by the success of his principled opponent that he decided to take revenge on the leaders of Roma. Forward from the front only returned in 1944.

After this, Amedeo not only returned to its former level, but also made his way to the Italian team. He has 13 matches in the national team and seven goals. In 1950, the striker even took part in the world championship. Six years later, the football player hung his boots on a nail. Thus, his eventful career spanned 20 years.
